Eco-Friendly 101™ offers both hands-on and web based coaching and workshops developed by a team of eco-conscious life coaches, consultants and educators. These are designed to elevate your consciousness in a fun and interesting way while creating the internalizing one needs to actively address the building of a genuine eco friendly awareness. After an introductory segment, you will learn how easily and painfree it is to transition into a lifestyle complementary with your core values of living "green".

Our coaching will naturally begin with an "inside/out" assessment of your internal wants and needs. This process will clarify where you are as an individual in the process of commitment to change. Eco-Friendly 101™ can also be designed to serve the unique dynamics of your small business, organization or family group.
